My church (Jesus Anointed Ministry) has started an initiative to get a safe house for run away and homeless teen/kids and I was asked to assist in the fund raising, seeing that i am the owner and operator of GOD'S LABEL CLOTHING, i have two ways you can help, you can make a donation here, or buy a Shirt and a portion of your proceeds will go towards the cause.
The safe house will benefit all of the city, and will not be the only one we open, just the first, imagine a safe haven for the children ran by real people, and the church, where we are all one family, there has been countless times my church family has been there for me this entire year, when i didn't have food, when i was homeless they were there for me. When i contiplated sucicide my pastor was there for me, when my mother wanted nothing to do with me, my church was there for me, and i want the rest of the youth, in this community to have that same support. This Safe House will offer that to the youth of Detroit so I implore you to give, give whatever you can, 5 dollars ten dollars whatever it may be, and tell your family and friends to do the same.
